Mini + Me (no chill yoga)
You stretch, they imitate.
A class for postpartum humans who need movement, not perfection. Expect giggles, chaos, and a surprising amount of core work.

MOTHer Prenatal Flow
Goddess energy, glutes, and pelvic mobility.
Move, breathe, and prep for the real deal. Designed to support your body and nervous system through pregnancy and beyond.

Strong-ish (power & peace)
Strong, sweaty, no fluff.
We move with purpose and don’t skip the hard bits—but we also know when to pause and breathe. Strength meets softness in this full-spectrum flow.

Chill Pill (yin & sound)
Long holds, nervous system magic, and deep rest.
Think: stretchy shapes, soft props, and sound bath vibes. Come slow down—we dare you.

Weekend Warmup (classic vinyasa)
Your go-to Saturday flow.
Breathy, juicy, and just enough challenge to feel smug afterward. Move, sweat, reset.

Melt Mode (stretch & restore)
No standing. No rushing. No pressure.
This class is all about deep release and feeling human again. Think long holds, soft support, and a nervous system exhale.
